If you're looking for a cookie-cutter leadership coach, you've come to the wrong place. I'm Kim, and I rock purple hair, a no-nonsense attitude, and a storytelling style that's been described as "unforgettable" (and maybe a little quirky). My corporate past was a constant battle of being "too much" for some and "not enough" for others. Let's just say, a few "unfortunate events" helped me realize that trying to fit in was seriously cramping my style. Now, I'm on a mission to help others ditch the corporate camouflage, embrace their authentic selves, and lead with genuine confidence (and a little bit of humor).
